Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kid's Galaxy English School, we strive to provide a transparent and seamless digital experience for our parents. Please read our refund and cancellation policy regarding online fee payments carefully.

1. Fee Payment Policy

Fees once paid to Kid's Galaxy English School are generally non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes admission fees, term fees, and monthly tuition fees.

2. Duplicate/Technical Error Payments

• The user must notify the school office via email at kidsgalaxyenglishschool@gmail.com with the transaction details (Transaction ID, Date, and Amount).
• Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.
• Alternatively, at the parent's request, the excess amount can be adjusted against the student's future fees for the following month/term.

3. Admission Cancellation

In the event of a student's withdrawal or cancellation of admission, the refund of fees (excluding registration/admission charges) will be subject to the school management's discretion and the time of withdrawal during the academic year.

4. Payment Failures

The school is not responsible for payments that fail due to incorrect details provided by the user or technical issues at the user's bank. In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but not received by the school, the user should contact their respective bank for a reversal.

5. Cancellation of Services

Since we provide educational services, "Return of Goods" is not applicable. The school reserves the right to cancel an admission if the submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or if there is a serious breach of school discipline; in such cases, no refund will be processed.
